Pros and cons of Empires & Allies app for iPhone and iPad

Empires & Allies app good for

Great game but the latest update seems to have a bug. One of my accounts got the Alfa reinforcements but not the other.
This game is alot of fun. I have no regular crashes, im running it in a iphone4s, 6, and a ipad2(real ipad2), and it runs fine on all of them. If you play the game normally and not hq rush, the opponents are fair matched, just like "clash". This game is the closest thing like the old school rts of command&conquer. Great game, i wish it had a bigger following

I played this game for months, it was great was in a great alliance with good people. Im lvl53 and 18 on hq. The game has gotten so expensive and they have not added anything substantial for the upper level players. And it seems that the lower level guys are getting the short end on the match up. You used to be able to buy $5 worth of gold and get a head but now its minimum 20 and thats not fair to everyone. And now lower level guys only upgrade and buy their way to a nuke. Which is fine I smoke them with little effort. The customer service is horrible. With all the people playing all over the world they could afford more than 10 reps. Im currently searching for new game And so are a lot of my team mates. They have put much into improving the game to keep going so screw zynga. Im over it!

Theres one thing about upgrading your stuff I have my steel maxed out but it can never make enough to keep me satisfied with the game

Some bad moments

what is wrong???...i cant get in game...permanent base is under attack...seems it is a major problem at ur end...restart and reinstall doesnt work...
Dont do it it will start giving you opponents that are 20-25 lvls (Im lvl 36) higher then you and you will not be able to beat a single one because there hq is lvl 20 while mines lvl 12 wheres the competition in a game where you cant beat any of your opponents
Crashes continually, took my money and now cant access game! Last update was the killer. Had level 45 and level 15 headquarters, now error 25 or error 17, "no network access". Grrrrr!
The new update is crap Im a level 32 and Ill they allow to att are level 55 plus. Impossible to play so very frustrating
Ive been playing this for over a year now. I tried to get my 15 year old grandson interested but its too slow for this age group.
Ive been playing for ever and am lvl 60 and now its been 2 days i can not even open the game. I get network error on my samsung and my apple devices. Im locked out of my profile. As a fool i did spend money here and no one answers my emails
